TEES runs two training sessions a week at Vince Herbert Oval, Clem Jones Centre, Carina. Sessions open with club announcements, then groups split into their own coach-led programs. Expect to be moving within the first few minutes.
While each group brings together a wide cross-section of ages and abilities, our sessions are structured to work for everyone.

Sessions run approximately 60–90 minutes. We train all year with short breaks over Christmas/New Year. Check our socials for weather cancellations.

A consistent structure: stretches, line drills, strides, a structured interval set, and cool-down.

A similar structure: stretches, plyometrics, then intervals or cross country during the cross country season. Thursday sessions occasionally feature a bonus set, such as a HIIT circuit, sprints, or file running.
