Carl has been part of the TEES family for over a decade and is the backbone of Monday night distance training. A dedicated and encouraging presence on the track, he works with runners of all abilities — from first-timers to competitive athletes — helping everyone find their rhythm and improve.

Level 1

Gaj brings a unique combination of athletic expertise and medical knowledge to the sprint group. A competitive masters athlete, he has represented Australia in para-sport as an official and competes at masters level including the Oceania Masters Athletics Championships.

Coach

Bryce leads the Monday night kids program, introducing young athletes to the fundamentals of running and athletics in a fun, supportive environment. His sessions are designed to build confidence and a love of sport from an early age.

Level 3

Steve is one of TEES's most experienced coaches, holding the club's highest coaching accreditation at Level 3. A life member of the club, Steve still competes alongside the athletes he trains — bringing first-hand understanding of what it takes to run well at every stage of life. His Thursday night sessions are known for being challenging, motivating, and a little bit humorous.

Level 1

Wes is the current club President and a qualified distance coach who steps in to lead sessions when needed. A keen cross-country runner and self-confessed athletics enthusiast, he competes across road, trail and track events and is a familiar face at Queensland Athletics competitions. He is passionate about growing the club and making it welcoming for runners of every ability.

Level 1

Known across Brisbane's running community as 'The Professor', Alan is one of South East Queensland's most dedicated running advocates. He co-founded Wynnum parkrun and has managed eight parkrun events across the region. A regular TEES alternate coach, he brings deep community running experience to every session.
