New to TEES?

Welcome! We're a friendly club and we love having new faces at training. Here's everything you need to know before your first session.

 

Try before you join

Not sure if athletics is for you? Come along and give us a try — no commitment, no pressure. New athletes are welcome to train with us for two sessions before deciding whether to register.

Just show up at 5:50pm on the relevant training night, introduce yourself to a coach or committee member, and we'll take it from there.

Sessions run all year with short breaks over Christmas/New Year and in adverse weather. Check our socials for any cancellations.
