The TEES Annual General Meeting and Trophy Presentation will be held on Monday 11 May 2026. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The purpose of the meeting is to:
| Accept the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting |
| Accept the auditor's report |
| Accept the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 |
| Elect committee members for the 2026/27 year |
Following the AGM, we will present medals and trophies for the 2025/26 season. The club will provide food and drink for all attendees on the night.
Anyone interested in nominating or re-nominating for the management committee should complete the Committee Nomination Form. Forms can be emailed to secretary@teesathletics.org.au or handed to a committee member at the clubhouse.
The TEES Constitution is provided for reference.

We also ask that members wear a TEES singlet or T-shirt on the night so we can get a group photo of the club membership.
