Our AGM and Trophy Presentation will be held at 6pm on Monday 19th May 2025 at the TEES Clubhouse.

The club will provide food and drink for all attendees on the night. Please RSVP here for catering purposes.

Anyone interested in nominating or re-nominating for the management committee should complete the Committee Nomination Form. Forms can be emailed to secretary@thompsonestateathletics.com.au or handed to a committee member at the clubhouse. The TEES Constitution is provided for reference.

We also ask that members wear a TEES singlet or T-shirt on the night so that we can get a group photo of the club membership.

Lastly, we encourage all members to attend to celebrate the service given to the club by our longstanding President, Eddie Fabian, who will be stepping down from the role this year. Eddie is a TEES life member and club stalwart, whose involvement in the club has spanned decades, including time spent as Treasurer (1999-07) and in his current role as President (since 2008). While most may know Eddie as the familiar face at the clubhouse on training nights, he has also devoted thousands of hours of his own time to ensure the club has maintained its position of strength in the Brisbane athletics scene over the past 25+ years.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of Thompson Estate Eastern Suburbs Athletics Club will be held on Monday 19th May 2025 at our Clubhouse, Stanley Road, Carina, 6:00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• accept the auditor’s report
• accept the annual financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2024
• elect committee members for the 2025/26 year

The Annual General Meeting will be followed by the presentation of medals and trophies for the 2024 season.
